words cannot describe the admiration that I have for you. You are without a doubt the most amazing quarterback that I have ever seen play. Aside from your skill on the field, your unshakable faith is what makes me truly a Tim Tebow fan! Your work in the missionary field is outstanding and has made me aspire to go and spread the word of God. I will miss so much seeing you in the orange and blue as well as your weekly eye black. I hope that you have enjoyed your four years at the University of Florida just as much as every member of the Gator Nation enjoyed theirs, whether they are alumni from way back when or just yesterday. Being part of this community has been one of the most fulfilling components of my life. I’m sure you know how I feel. Although I graduated in 2005, as much I hear that I missed everything, I don’t feel like I missed “all the fun”. I was there for every minute, every last second. Being a Florida Gator anywhere in the world is more fun than some can imagine. It’s always been great to be a Florida Gator, but thank you so much for helping us remember that. My first semester at UF was in 2002. I caught the end of Grossman, the beginning of Leak and even the first few exciting glimpses of you before I graduated in 2006. Since then I have watched in awe as you moved the entire nation with your unwavering faith, classic charm and infectious dedication to our team. Growing up I was always a Gator fan and while at the university I never missed a game at the Swamp. But I never saw a quarterback make the crowd roar quite like you. Your commitment to excelling on and off the field has been an inspiration to us all and like so many, I have never been so proud to a be a part of the Gator Nation. thank you so much for your last four years. I’ve been a gator since I was born, And I’ve always known we were the best, but I didn’t really start paying attention to gator football until you came. Even then I didn’t watch every game until this season. I regret not watching sooner to really see your first three seasons…the ones when you became superman to the gator nation. My dad and brothers always kept me updated… I’ve only been to about 4 or 5 of the games you’ve played in, but every time I felt the energy you brought to the stadium. This season watching the gators has conviced even more that next year when i start college i want it to be on the university of florida campus in Gainesville… thank you for bringing your faith openly to the game and making sure millions of people read the bible every saturday. I first saw you play in the Orange & Blue game in 2006, it was obvious then that you were special. For the last 4 yrs, you have demonstrated outstanding leadership & sportsmenship in college football, something that has been seriously lacking for a long time. I am so proud to be a Gator, especially living in Texas, where football is king. Thanks for showing the rest of the country true class, perseverence and commitment, you are an example to all of us. Thank you for one of the most memorable seasons in UF football history. My family and I had the privilege of returning to the Swamp on Nov. 21, 2009 to watch you lead the Florida Gators to another victory. My children, who are huge Gators fans, will never forget the excitement of standing in the massive crowd at Gator walk as we all waited to catch a glimpse of you and the rest of the Gator players.
Thank you for inspiring so many of us by your extraordinary leadership, team spirit, determination, faith and compassion for other people.

The time has come to say goodbye. I along with thousands of others do not want your 4 amazing years at UF both as a college football player or philanthropist to end! I cannot believe the 4 years is over and now it is time for us all to move on, some of us graduating and starting new careers, such as yours in the NFL, some of us just starting our new journeys. Either way you have been such an inspiration to so many people young and old and hopefully your light that shines in the darkness of our world will continue to glow brightly. I met your mom, Pam, at one of the games and took a picture with her in my Tebow super girl costume, and she was just as genuine and kind as can be. Your parents are amazing individuals that brought up such talented, altruistic, and humble children that I look forward to raising my own children someday with those same qualities. Tim, thanks for being you, and thanks to your family for everything they do. HOPEFULLY you’ll come back to your hometown and be a Jaguar!
