I would like to thank you. Not just for the amazing football player that you are, but mostly for the man you have become! You are an incredible person inside and out and you are the type of person that people, not just children, should look up too. You make a great role model for everyone!

I have watched you over the past few years and seen the great things that you do on and off the field but recently you amazed me even more by something you did a while ago. I was at a friend of the family’s house the other night for a Christmas Tree Trimming party when I noticed this picture hanging on their wall. It was a picture of you and several of your team mates around their son, Patrick, while he was at Shands Hospital. Patrick has cerebral palsy and you guys made his day! You and the rest of the team are amazing men! You are humble and you take the time for others and don’t focus on just yourself. God Bless you Tim!

Anyway, above anything else, above your popularity and football glory, I want to thank you for being such an amazing witness and role model. I loved reading your interviews in ESPN Mag and GQ because of how unabashedly honest you are about your faith. It has always been so encouraging to hear you stand up for Christ.

For the first time, I have children looking up to and emulating a strong, kind, caring, Christian man.
